We started Harborstone because we were tired of watching good landlords get burned by bad management — so we built the company we wished existed.

OUR STORY

From one rental property to four hundred

Harborstone began in 2015 when our founder, a part-time landlord with one duplex, got tired of fielding 11 pm maintenance calls and chasing late rent by hand. There had to be a better way — one where owners could trust someone else to run things properly.

Eleven years later, we manage over 420 residential units across the region. We've kept the same standard from day one: treat every property like it's our own, and treat every owner's income like it matters — because it does.
